Cancelling a sale on Ebay ??? Can someone give me advice on this please

I was hoping to get some advice on this one.

I have decided to cancel a transaction on ebay and I put through a dispute stating reasons so it can be cancelled

I was wondering if Paypal automatically refunds the payment ?

Or do I have to do that Manually ?

is his account set to COMC or something like that?

I keep mine as default'd to COMC however I'm obviously in Australia... at the time of purchase I change the address depending on where I want it sent.

if you cancel it only via ebay you still need to refund the transaction via paypal mate.

It is a bit of a stale mate right now. I would like to avoid losing $200 because I have come across a buyer who runs 2 different accounts and expects me to jump through extra hoops.
