Can you block users?

Meaning, If I wanted to block someone and not read their posts, will it list everyone elses post but this particular users? e.g www.bomberblitz.com allows you to ban certain people (for yourself only) and blocks their posts?

Go to User Cp in the top left of the Ozcard toolbar...on the menu on the left hand side towards the bottom there is a Buddy/ignore list link.
