buying a gps, recommendations please

ok so im in the market for a gps,

whats the best on the market, hoping to pick up a new one for $100.
i only use it for occasional perth trips, so it doesn't need to be to fancy

most people get a tom tom or navman. sorry I cannot be more helpful, I use my galaxy s2 gps on my phone.

I bought a Tom Tom start10 model for under $100 mate and was everything I needed, only small unit but did everything it needed too, funny how she calls a roundabout a rotary....

It's been used about 3 times, was purchased on 16/4/2011 from dick smiths (haha D!ck Smiths)

It has a 2 year warranty and I can send the receipt with it, so about 15months remaining

I just dont use it since I got navigation on my S2 Galaxy
