Well in EBay there is a dispute resolution process for problems like this, for negative feedback. Maybe he should have gone through that process. But I suppose the seller just wanted to make a point.

Wouldn't want to buy from a seller like that.

Geeze, surely the buyer is in the right here and the guy (Lawyer or no Lawyer) has got no case at all if in fact he sent a non described, broken item to the buyer.....

Is it really that hard to sell something as you state it?

What should end up happening is the Buyer will win the case & have his legal fees covered by the seller...... costing the retard a lot more than he bargained for!

Personally I think it was a bit overthe top (sueing)..............

but if the seller sold it, it wasn't as described, buyer contacted the seller, returned the item and seller gave full refund, then why should it necessarily be a negative feedback?

We really need to hear the whole story..........was there anything else in it? Was teh seller trying to be an ass and only refunded after big furore? If he was pleasent and just gave a refund back, then why give a negative....and such harsh comments?

Stating the facts would not be a problem, but didn't the guy say something like 'don't buy from this guy'. If he'd said 'item arrived in three separately shipped parts which did not form the item purchased' there wouldn't have been an issue.
