Cleveland Browns running back Terrance West has grown accustomed to delivering impressive performances on Sunday afternoons. But the one he produced last Sunday, on a picture-perfect sunny day in northern Ohio, might just go down as his best yet. West stole the show during a fantastic finale to the 2014 Panini NFL Player of the Day promotion, spending a few memorable hours with 2014 Panini NFL POD grand-prize winner Tom Pavich and a packed house at B&B Sports Cards.
The affable West arrived early at the Pavich house to start the day, greeting the Dawg Pound faithful in attendance at Pavich’s private party with an electric smile and a ready handshake. He engaged party guests with compelling stories from his 2014 rookie season and played a game of catch with only one rule: Everyone had to touch the football at least once.
After that, the party moved to B&B Sports Cards where more fans and collectors got the opportunity to interact with West — and where Pavich got to cash in his $250 shopping spree on Panini America product. The event capped another spectacular year for the Panini NFL Player of the Day promotion, the industry’s longest-running, most successful hobby shop promotion.
