Yeh I know.........but there is nothing we can do other than appeal to her as a fellow collector. Chances are she bought it like this and was taken as well.
The one on Ebay is prob a Mackay sig but not /1000. I have 2. This is the one I have most recently acquired (It's FS if anyone interested). It's real because it was signed BEFORE the gold foil was put on the card. You can see the Ebay one has texta over the gold foil
I saw this card before, it was bought like this from a Power Seller on ebay, I was outbid last time it was for sale. Item looks like the seller ended it, not ebay. PLease also be aware that there are signed centenary cards on ebay that are signed Duncan Hall, his real name is Douglas Hall, this is how he autographed his cards, not Duncan. He also dated the cards he signed.
Not in particular as there have been many and there are many on ebay, in my opinion, I wouldnt buy this card. I will scan in person one for you guys. Its pretty hard when they have almost perfect feedback and have sold thousands of cards as well, and I have seen this person getting stacks signed after games, I think theres a few others who work for him as well. Even the H in Hall is different, I somewhere have a thankyou note as well from Mr Halls carer, for visiting him as part of his rehab, and she also says she wonders why he was called Duncan not Douglas on the card.
