Boy, it's been a while since I did a thread on cards. Been caught up in many things in life, and cards and the hobby, certainly took a back seat. But with the Easter long weekend here in OZ, managed to get a bit of time to myself to get back into the groove of things and start having a bit of fun again.

Alrighty, managed to pick (and complete) up a few things since I had been away and less active, so here we go.




Firstly, got me some 09-10 Exquisite Auto Patches action:

Also, picked up one of these the more I saw and heard of his game play for the Grizzlies this year.

Next up, I added the the 05-06 Noble name plates chase I am doing.
I sssoooooooooooooo love the designs of these cards. The whole look and feel of these, is just sensational! Though, the prices of these things, certainly isn't Ha ha ha ha
Which is why I have had to sparingly pick up some here and there, plus, they just do not show up all that often with reasonable prices.
I managed to add a Michael Redd to the collection:

Ok, it took me 3 years to find this one. I had a chance at snaring this card 2 years ago, but sadly, I missed out as the person helping me snipe the card. His microwave timer didn't go off in time and he missed the bid for me! Ha ha ha
True story. Needless to say, he soon switched to the good old auto snipe method many use now, and the rest is history.
But, after 2 more years of waiting, and scouring all sorts of places, I managed to get this card in:

Yeah, my Sene collection is pretty good (if I do say so myself), been collecting him for a while now and managed to pick up some very nice additions along the way. Yep, the guy you mentioned is in fact him
His name is Mohammed, but he went with Saer

I didn't actually pick up all that much away, and only really started not too long ago to be honest. It just looks better as it's a mailmonth, rather than mailday Ha ha ha
But it's just good to make a post again and share with you all the stuff I get in.

After 3 plus years, chronology has dried right now, seriously. I still haven't even finished the sub-set chase yet (not like I was expecting too I guess, as you gotta be made going for something like this) but the cards are far and few between, since they didn't come from cheap boxes and where only seeded 1 per box. Not great odds in finding key cards in names.
