Bigpond query...

Does anyone (who is a Bigpond member) still have an email or letter from Bigpond informing them that their billing is being re-arranged and to compensate they included a Promotion code for Bigpond movies.

I need that code!!

I rang up when I got the code and was told it was all organised for me to get a credit (effectively 5 months free movies) but for the past 2 months I've still been billed and they have no record of me having called!!!! Because I thought it was organised I don't have any reference to the code...so if anyone can help please PM me or post here!! Thanks!!!!

Just thought it was cheaper to hire a movie for $3?? Rather than only 10 per month for whatever charge it was?

Do a Google for the code?

Tried a quick Google, and couldnt find the code, soz bud.

I'm on a cheapo deal of 4 movies a month for $9.95...$2.50 a movie and you can keep it for as long as you want....but you only get 2 movies at one time.
I tried google too...no luck though.

What sort of bigpond account/plan are you on? That will help if anyones on the same plan, they should have it. I'm on bigpond, but I don't know anything about it.
