$600 AU back in 99 for the 98/99 Upper Deck Gold 1/1 base card. Those were the days when 1/1s were actually impossible. A mate of mine saw it at a card show in th US and snapped it up for me so I didn't really have a say in if I would buy it! But he knew I'd come through with the goods. Its actually the biggest regret aswell as I sold it in 2001 to another Walker collector as I BADLY needed some funds. Didn't lose anything on it but I wish it was still in my collection!!!!
Back in 98 I regularly spent $100-$150 US on Walker parallels such as Rubies, Credentials, and Grand Finale etc. Although the last few years my biggest spend has been a bit over $100 US for my logoman. I picked up all my lettermen for $60-$80US and appart from that most Walker's appart from 1/1s sell for under $50 US.
The most ive spent was $199US Delivered on a 05 06 Exquisite Rashad McCants Redemption which they never actually produced!!and im still waitin for the replacement!!!DAMN YOU UPPER DECK!!!!!!
The graded Jordan rookie (in a lot with other cards) that was later sold, $750US. The three Patrick Ewing Exquisites (the newest is on the way), between $300 and $600 US each. You can now see why we have to keep selling our other cards LOL

I spent 300 bucks delivered (the delivery was abotu 25 bucks) on my Wilt Chamberlain RC; dont think i'd go that high again on anything but another Wilt RC or a Russell RC.
My biggest spend on a card is an exquisite Dwight Howard auto patch rc BGS 9.5 for 12++ a while back, which i flipped for a profit. Recently bought a jordan auto north carolina jersey card /23 for almost a thousand bucks. The most i spent not on a card is a Dirk gameused jersey $1750.
