Has anyone been buying from this seller: bigboydsportscards3?

I just find his auctions go alot higher than most sellers or is it just me?

Im just curious about how high some of his auctions are going for compare to all sellers. I've been watching it for over a month now.

Maybe its his good quality of service.

yeah, i got loads coming in from him and previously have always been happy with postage time, card condition and price. some go high, but ive gotten some bargains before aswell...good seller.

Good seller, well packaged, and affordable postage rates. I stay clear from their 1980's STAR Co. cards though.

his name is definitely suspect... i think he's been connected by others to another suspect account wolverine24...

perhaps there are shady things going on but several say theyve got fair prices if not even bargains...

i'd probly believe that he works on consignment and several of the lenders get involved in bidding... him being involved or aware would be up for debate

or maybe he shills the high-end and leaves the low end alone to make it look less dodgy?

i'd definitely pay attention to the other bidders involved if i ever bid... the times i have bid and won prior however, i dont feel i was dont wrong

bought from him heaps had no problems saved him as a seller as have a few other people i'd say always has lots of nice cards

Hi service is great especially for how many items he sells. However he is strongly suspected of shilling - and he reads the forums and emailed me to 'clear his name'...

i have bought from him (note he has numerous versions of the same name) but i have had to stop, two of my last three purchases went astray, i trust he sent them because i have bought from him in the past and he provides shipping numbers that prove items were sent but i couldn't keep shopping and lose out.

From memory he was also guilty a while back (approx 5-6 years ago) of selling boxes that were searched and re-sealed with clear plastic. He blamed it on his suppliers as the boxes were apparently drop-shipped and he never personally handled them....allegedly.
There would have been a few threads on this...but they may have been on the old site.

Yeah I got by this a few years ago and he blamed drop shipping
