well, i will surely get pissed if the card they are selling is the one i want so bad.. and the postage is over $15.. but this one is okay, i even saw some base cards postage at $23.95 Global Prioity..

One of the reasons that make international postage so high, is a lot of sellers don't want to post overseas, therefore make it high to discourage foreign bidders.

Global Priority is Express which also covers insurance, i'm not being a smart arse here but just incase your unaware of the postage they're offering.
