BGS graded fleer missing serial no????

Why would Beckett grade a Fleer card like this, obviously from the Auctions, that isn't serial numbered? Bloody ridiculous! This is an open invitation for scammers to "authenticate" their "fake" cards What do you guys think?

at least beckett have recognised it and it's stated on their sticker "Missing Serial Number"

Yes but notice this one has no patch, I wonder why.... probably because BGS would have noted "Missing serial number and patch inserted from replica jersey"

The auto is still real but the no serial number will scare bidders off.

They also denote the same thing for the Ultra cards that come with the hummers (ie unnumbered Lucky 13 Ultra Rookie cards).

Sometimes you do wonder about Beckett!!!
