BGS 10 Pristine Fleer Jordan RC! Is this THE best Jordan card you could get?

They've got "1 of 4" in their listing, wondering if that's how many 10's exist. I bet the other owners are watching this listing to see if/what it sells for!
 
I know it's a Jordan RC but I've never understood why it's such a big deal when there are thousands upon thousands of copies out there and even more with the counterfeit copies out there. Hey I need that card for my old school Fleer collection. Maybe a little out of my price range though. I wonder what the 4 offers were? Only 1 offer is still pending, but cant see that massive price tag being the least bit realistic, but having said that, you usually find there is always (at least) one sucker out there. Its now on my watch list lol
