I recently purchased a box set of 2 and a half men from the above site,
All dvds arrived sealed as was described, However upon opening the dvds, i noticed that 2 series were missing discs, one series had some discs that were so severely scratched they could not be veiwed,
I asked the above company for a refund as i was extremely unhappy with the purchase, They offered me to keep the dvds, and receive only $50 cash back or send them back and get full refund, Though they would not be happy about this.
Item was returned on the 22nd Feb 2010. They claim to still not have received. Item has been unable to be traced And im now out of pocket.
Payment was made via PAYPAL. So i placed a claim, However paypal can do nothing about it cause they only work on if (item had not arrived), not on product quality,
So everyone please be aware of this company.
