Beware - Ebayer Seller roseynz

Hey guys,

Hope you're having a happy new year and your card collecting is going well.

Just a caution to anyone who decides to sell footy cards on ebay, you might get an out of the blue response from this seller.











Above are the correspondences I have had thus far.


Nothing personal, for all I know they've helped many people on here with their card collections. Felt this was very unprofessional coming from another seller to question how I decide to sell an item, especially the way they went about it.

Leaves a bad experience in terms of any future dealings I could have had with them as an afl card collector, and the arrogance in which they think they can talk to fellow seller in any way they can.

Hopefully, no one else has had to deal with this seller and the way they go about interacting with other sellers.

I don't know anything about football cards but if it isn't "rare" then you shouldn't be labeling it as "rare" and trying to decieve collectors that don't know any better.

Sorry to hear your bad news but Some people having no lives unfortunately and with so many do gooders (in their minds) out there you can expect this to happen from time to time
Its like anytime you have an auction listed that miraculously gets more than one bidder on it, you automatically get accused of shill bidding by some people

My reasons for listing it as rare are because of the ratio of this type of card in the series as well as the limited stock of this certain card available at card shops and market stalls. In no way am I trying to deceive collectors as all the information about the card and player was available in the listing and buyers could forward their best offers which I would have considered. Not having a go at you, just trying to protect my integrity.

Hi mate, go to my post "How long do you wait" and this is the buyer I was talking about. Had to threaten them with putting in an unpaid item case for them to pay and also had them questioning one of the items I had up, saying that I was trying to mislead the buyer with my description. Were rude in the way they reponded when I gave my reasoningfor listing my 1990 afl set as scanlens not stimorol as they said it should've been. EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM HIM. ROSEYNZ SUCKS. I thought it was a girl too but his name is Steven.

Fair enough, I appreciate your opinion. The problem I had was the way the seller approached me about it.

Seems like an unncessary e-mail. I see Aminu cards all the time listed as 'rare' when they are numbered to /399 or cards i've got for $15 listed at $150+, but I would never take the time to message those people. I understand people may find something misleading, but if you see a card and pay entirely too much for it because it states 'rare' in the subject, you probably should have done some homework first.

You should already know how to do this as you have over 2000 feedback. For your information the item was accepted at Port Adelaide Depot on the 5th of Jan so like everyone else in S.A they are probably slow too.

my mate bought some nathan buckley cards of them a while ago apparently they were *mint condition* yet when my mate recieved them in a letter envelope with the only protection being a piece of tissue they were not mint condition anymore so she complained to em and they sent her another lot coz they told her he was disabled and didnt package the cards himself yet when we recieved the second lot he apparently packaged himself they were the same way wrapped in tissue wont buy from this person again they are the ones that wreck our confidence in people on ebay also the scammers i mean cmon if there in mint condition u should send in inbetween top loaders atleast
