Ok so Beckett received my card 3 months ago for a 2 day turn around, have called them twice emailed them at least 20 times. They responded to my first couple of emails but don't respond anymore. I am going to call them tomorrow and pay out, it's a joke. They just keep telling me to be patient. Any other bad experiences? I am just about at the point of no return and going to sell up and leave te hobby...
It's crap because when I do they are going to either take longer or just forget about me. Even worse I know they are in their possession because the name I provided ( with thanks to your pi work..) works on their receiving department.
mate, that is terrible service. this is making me think now if i should send in my cards for service. unless it is the postage time getting there and coming back that is making it take so long
I understand the frustration, I really do, but giving up on the entire hobby because of Beckett...? I haven't and won't ever send cards to them, stories Ive heard, yours included have put me off of that. But even if I continue to breaks here and there from the hobby couldnt ever really imagine selling everything up over one bad experience! I could be wrong though, you could have copped more shit from other areas......
And as I understand it from your previous threads it was a fair chunk of coin, in cards, that they had too....!
