Best place to buy boxes apart from Cardzone

Anyone know where you can buy NRL boxes that arent from searched cases and not from Cardzone? I have found several sellers but dont want to run the risk of missing out on the case odds. Cheers

Theres some members on here who sell boxes from unsearched cases, redtorana is one of them, im only relatively new here so i dont know all, someone else should be able to mention a few others.

I will have unsearched boxes from a case like I did before xmas in February. I will be listing all 12 boxes from the one case and there is threads here saying who got the redemptions.

The 12 boxes will be listed on Feebay and Quicksales as I will also be doing all 12 with this years series in late March or early April.

Sounds good, if only there was more businesses such as yours with such honesty. You can't trust too many dealers these days to not search the case themselves and bag the redemption then sell off useless boxes.

When I started I did the same thing as all the other dealers, mainly because that was the norm, though all mine did start at 99 cents. I will in future only be selling unsearched boxes from 1 case at a time. The next case will be early February and at this stage I am looking at doing a case of 2008 Centenary with a case of this years series to be listed as soon as they are available in late March. We will list the serial numbers of the boxes so you know they are all from the same case.

This is a great initiative Glenn. I would think once word gets around that you should smash it.

I think your last Strike bust showed that people are prepared to pay more when they know definitely that the case is unsearched. Its good to see.

What do you guys mean by case unsearched. Still learning on here. I always buy my boxes from select or cardzone. Always worried if they have been open if i buy them off ebay.

Searching a case is basically where a seller goes through a case until they find the big case hit and sells the remaining boxes off.

Hi Sarah,

Searched means that a dealer has opened a case and once the signature redemption has been found then they sell off the other boxes knowing there is no redemption left. I have done it and I am sure every other dealer has to. I am not going to do that anymore, thats why I will be listing the serial number from each box (thanks to Dr Grange telling me there was a serial number....lol) so you know they are 12 boxes from the same case and there will be signature redemption cards still in there somewhere.

OK but how do they get the card when they are inserted in the boxes are'nt they. OK so someone buys a case. Goes thru the boxes gets that card and then knows it would'nt be in the other so he/she sells the other boxes correct??

I know a little slow but getting there with this card collecting.
