hey guyz am trying to figure whats the best way to send to u.s wid some protection on the package(e.g insurance, register, etc) am trying to get the cheapest option that is available.
i usually put insurance on item but it cost around 12 to 15 to do so far too expensive for a $100 dollar card. am trying to figure out if theres a option where u pay around 7 to 9 bucks for a registered mail.

You can get an item sent international registered post (pretty much the same as Australia) You also get $100 of insurance, but you can't get any more...
Whilst we are on the subject of shipping, I have a few questions that I would like to ask the family, if gemz doesn't mind.
I am so lost with these Registered Mail method as my PO is a terrible communicator and so is his assistant.
1. Does Registered Mail packages, gets treated and enters those machines like the normal white envelopes? As far as I'm aware, Registered Mail envelopes doesn't come with a padded bubbles inside, so I'm a bit skeptical on sending cards with that method.
2. Because there is a limit of certain thickness a document(s) have to be when sending with Registered Mail, does Registered Mail comes with a bigger envelope rather than these normal letter-size envelope? Man, I dislike these rules as the freedom of sending 2-3 Exquisite cards or 2-3 thick cards that have to be stored using a screw down type cases to a US/International buyers is/are a headache.
So yeah, with all these troublesome requirements, so far on trades, I've had to either ship the cards via normal air-mail, which is a risk or by Express Mail, which is too expensive for me and the trader/buyer.
