Hey guys,

I've caught the cricket bug i'm playing alot this summer and have started collecting my favourite player Adam Gilchrist. I cleaned up today at the races bringing in $200 and $200 a couple of weeks back at turnbull. Any way I want to bust a box of cricket I'm leaning towards 03/04 ESP but what would be the best to bust?

Jack if you can stretch yourself $$$ wise go for 98/99 Select hobby, you won't regret it.....$235 per box but you are guaranteed an Ashes Heroes signature in every box limited to 150 of each card, and every 8th box has either a Mark Waugh or a Glenn McGrath auto #'d to 100. All cards are chrome and definitely worth the outlay. Select happy to still redeem these too. Card Zone are the only place that has them.

yeh i was thinking of going down and buying some cards too,i usually go for the 97/98 select cricket with the aus captains cards

Brad - Thank you very much for the information...I was looking at a box more between the $100-150 mark to be honest i'm really liking the 97/98 series so i'll most likely go with that.

I liked last year's sets. It had a few gems including Adam Gilchrist and a super rare Bradman one.

I guess we do have something in common afterall Jack. Gilly's my favourite of all time too. If only I could change your AFL taste...
