Have managed to add a few cards to the collection over the past few months.

Have decided to limit pc to 1 of 1's, jersey numbered (#7) and auto cards so am slowly selling off the other cards.

These are my recent additions

So JO prices are set to tumble as all these cards flood the market.... Love the autos, especially the black, but how is that an ebay 1 of 1 ? I though it was either serialled 1st, last or jersey #?

Skip, have you no imagination I intend to drip feed, there is a new JO collector in France so while he buys my off loads he can not afford the autos

Great stuff as always Garth. I must say I am suprised you are selling the bulk of your collection! Anyway that my fav would be the gold refractor.

When I first started collecting the intention was autos only and then patches got added, then low numbered game used, then 1 of 1's, then jersey numbered. Decided was getting out of control so decided time to scale back.

Have actually missed a few 1 of 1 autos as I had spent money on patch cards so hence the reason to focus on my primary goal.

That's what I do with all my numbered cards see if they add up to jersey number

Nice JO's ol' fella.
I like the cutting back on the collection the only problem is it starts getting very expensive from this point on.

Maybe its the perception of being more expensive since you pay more for individual cards rather then smaller amounts on lesser cards but it seems like im spending more on cards since i decided to cut down on buying lower end stuff

Oh, I understand...I think. However with the stuff that you are buying it is only natural you are spending more money. My other problem is that I am losing interest so hopefully focusing on my original goals may rekindle that interest.

Thats the main thing to spark the collecting into action again. Can't wait to see some nice new JO's in the near future
