I assumed that someone had opened a Beckett-graded card and inserted the sketch card. Then placed a home made plaque where the original was... Guess I'm wrong on that, but still seems odd to me that Beckett would encase and label a sketch card as a '1/1' when they wouldn't be able to tell how many were produced?

Its possible Beckett are now doing "vanity plates" for encased cards where you can get what you want printed and slabbed. I havent confirmed this but tgst would be a logical explanation.
