Shame there isn't much variety when it comes to the pictures of Mikan on cards. Sweet additions none the less
Yeah, the variety is pretty disappointing TBH; there are plenty of photos of him but Panini and Upper Deck have used about 5 or 6 maximum on their cards. At least use the icon 1948 Bowman card shot if you are just going to recycle the same image.
Liking Spud and the # Mikan jerseys - gotta say I'm a bit disappointed because I was expecting cardigan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

You'll glad to know that the picture in the 25th Anniversary Team picture sheds some light on the cardigan/silk theories I've had; clearly the actual jersey isn't typical basketball jersey material whilst the shorts look silky. If only it was colour... Now I'm disappointed!

Thought you'd enjoy a A-Train auto. I've been looking for a nice one, and this ticked all the boxes for me; he's in a Spurs jersey (I'm a massive Spurs fan), it is an on-card auto and I really love the design of this set. Plus Kareem is in the background; can't beat a card showing the polar opposites of NBA centres!
The Icons is actually a fav of mine; its a nice colour scheme and it looks great in the hand due to the shinyness of it.

Thanks man, I love this set and you can't go past a Spud auto. Shame it is a sticker auto, but the sticker isn't actually that noticeable as it blends in well with the grey background.

Yeah gotta love the Spud! I was really glad to pick up an A-Train auto, Spud auto and a Paul Arizin auto, who was a contemporary of Mikan's and NBA at 50 member and unfortunately now deceased.
