Basketball - Jump Programs

Hey all
recently turned the ripe old age of 31.... and rightly or wrongly decided to play a bit of basketball again after around 4 years or so...
Now apart from my level of fitness being poor again, my jump is the biggest thing thats gone!
Im about 6 foot 2 and struggle to even touch the ring at the mo haha!

Long story short has anyone used any jumping programs and what not thats actually worked?

My birthday resolution was to be able to dunk before i got to old lol!
 
For me I studied videos of MJ coming in for liftoff.

Compress the knee(bend to about 30 degrees) and roll the foot/feet(depending on one or two foot take off) from heel to toe, then explode off the ball of your foot/ feet upwards and forward with ball leading the way.
I went from being barely able to touch the rim to being able to honey dip.
