Australia beat Netherlands! 5-2 thanks to 4 RBI from Luke Hughes.

Smacked by Venezuela 9-4...really should have won that game. They are bottom of the other group. That was their first win. Bats dried up a bit, Cox took the loss.

Puerto Rico next.

Dang lost to Puerto Rico 4-2. Quiet bats again. Naylor to the loss earning all 4 runs. 7 innings of relief only gave up 5 hits and no runs so thats positive.

We play Netherlands to decide 5-6 spots. USA & Cuba fight it out for 1-2. Our best finish has been 6th. Not bad considering we're ranked 11th.

Overall, Welch probably the best pitcher good call dingo...Hughes best batter.
