i'm not too sure the value of the cards themselves so i thought i'd just do a generic post with photos attached (some have multiple copies in the sleeves themselves). never played with/removed from the sleeves
if anyone could give me some direction of worth/where i can sell in sydney (or online) that would be greatly appreciated!
i've created a separate thread for my basketball cards as i know this is the other sports (baseball) section
I'm no baseball expert but the Collector's Choice and mid '90s Topps and Donruss are not going to be worth much.
Not sure what the lenticular cards are and there are some names there but I doubt there is anything of significant value unfortunately.
I would say they are very similar to your basketball cards - they are certainly of the same vintage - and there is maybe the odd card around $1 or $2 but as a bundle they are likely not worth the postage.
The 1994 Sportflics 2000 cards go for about US$1-$4 each.
Sports cards from the 80s to early 90s had huge production runs. It was only by the mid-90s when runs dropped and card companies got more into parallels, die cuts and refractors did you start finding rarer cards that held value.
Before mid-90s it was only unpopular sets like Fleer Update that people didn't keep in good condition, or the special Desert Shield set, made specifically for the troops in the Middle East, that hold any value, and only certain rookie cards from those sets.
That, or error cards.
If you want to get an idea of individual values, look at what people are asking for on comc.com, or more accurately look at sold listings on US ebay to see what people are paying. Best bet is to look up any rookie cards you have, as they would be the most sought after.
