Heard about a lot of bad blood in the last week with high postage from the US. Thought I'd report that there are a lot of great blokes out there as well......
On Monday I won a card from a US dealer on ebay 'scougoura' who charged me only 1.80 in postage. Not only that but he charged US shipping at $2.50!!! Figure that out!!! He also offered GP and express. after i won he sent me an email saying the card was being shipped same day....
The same day I won a card for .99c on ebay from a dealer called '612charlesk' who charged me $2 for postage even thou I won the item dirt cheap.
Just thought I'd point out that there's a lot of fantastic dealers on ebay as well as the odd bad apple....
Yeah, ive had mainly good experiences on eBay, and the majority of my buys are from the US, so its good to hear another OzCards members gettig some great deals, as well as some great customer service
Yeah - just thought I'd write it up - most of the guys I come across are excellent to deal with, if they're not there's no deal.....
Also got that awesome Kg #21/50 reflections gold steal recently for only $3 - it arrived good as gold in a bubble pack - I woulda been gutted if I'd sold it for only 3 bucks!!!
yeah, im actually surprised when everyone keeps saying theyve been ripped by US sellers, i have been screwed about 5 times out of over 200 deals on ebay.
One dealer i always like to buy off is Galasports, always has nice high end stuff and is willing to ship international for like $3, unlike other knobs like autolover and nismo who charge like $25 for express and dont offer anything else. Always prompt shipping, and always trustworthy, always leaves FB too.
I think in 135 deals on ebay I've had no cards not show up - a couple very late - one suspiciously. I've also had one card I sent not show up, just a cheapie and I refunded and got excellent feedback (of course!!) so very low in the bad experiences column!
Not saying it doesn't happen thou.....
Had to add this guy who i received a card from today:

Charges $2US for international postage, postage was pretty quick too. the postage itself cost him $1.80, plus he packaged it perfectly too (penny sleeve, toploader, team bag, bubble mailer). highly recommended!
