argh crap need ebay/paypal help

ok my own fault for this. bid and won on a card and now realise that i cant pay via paypal from here as he doesnt take payments from overseas.

so does ne1 have a contact i can use to pay for my card in the states? i will transfer my money accross first plus extra if wanted.
