Argh~ After some emails to Panini, I've finally got a reply for my redemption

Hi all! Everyone knows how bad Panini Redemptions are so I cleverly went and bought their gold standard product. After 4 Long months of sleepless nights, I finally got a response.
Had my luck and pulled a Shaq redemption from Panini Gold Standard back in early November. and I have finally got a response from Mr. Hackler: The card is on its way! F**king nearly Four months of waiting. Will show it off later when it get it.:)

I think you are lucky coz they just recently had Shaq signing some other redemptions that people waited over a year for
 
to Adam: 4 months is like over 115 days of wait... thats horrible enough! I dont think I will live to wait 1 year. hahah f*ck that.
 
4 months is quick man. I've got a John Wall redemption from like October and to think he's a Panini spokesman. Absolutelly appalling :(

The card doesn't even have an on-card auto, it's fucking sticker too!
 
I rang panini Friday and they said that I can change my redemption from my John Wall #101 Contenders ticket to something of equal value if I want asked how much that was and they said $150 so I was like ok what sort of cards would that be :) lol she said she would put me onto someone else to work that out so I waited and she was out. Rang back about an hour later and said ill just take the replacement and she was like wait I was talking to his manager the other day and we should get it in in about 2 months did I wanna wait? I was like yeah sure :D waited almost a year now whats 2 months lol
 
That shaq card isn't signed though is it Paul ;)

I just wet myself a little at the thought of seeing this one in person and I can't believe it would take 4 months for them to send it.
 
to Beau: Thats nuts, They are certainly making you ran around in circles. You know what, I did read a blog on the Panini website that they are going to start reducing the amount of redemptions in their products. They know that we know redemptions are their greatest down fall. All the best to you though. BTW in your sig for John wall is sick I love the colours on the patch.
 
To Terry; - Yea man, is not signed. Mr. Hackler really needs to get off his butt and quickly send off other people's redemption on his list. Anyways I should get my hands on that card by Friday * fingers crossed *. I can't wait to drop by your shop to show it to ya.

Redemptions are nothing to do with him helps people with them because he's a nice guy..... Incidentally they have completely restructured the CS area of the business as well as how they gather auto's so things are looking up.

They have Guaranteed sit downs with Wall as he is one of their signed athletes. At a guess I would say that would be on the 13th of march as thats when the Wizards play in Dallas next
