I just won 3 ebay cricket sig auction bargains and then just got this from the seller
Hi there, As you are aware there are several
interested people interested in this set.I will be
placing this item into second chance option unless
i can work something out with you first. I wanted
to give you a second chance first. Would you be
willing to negotiate a better offer? Please feel
free to think about this and get back to me with a
suitably higher offer. kind regards
I know its a bitter pill to swallow when something sells a lot cheaper than what it owes you or usually goes for, but I am sure it has happened to everyone and that is the risk taken with ebay auctions Oh well paid with paypal now, see what happens, shame because I wanted another one of them too, but can already see some trouble coming with these 3...

Now he has left me 3 positive feedbacks already...
Yeah they are the bargains of the year
I replied to him and he has since come back to me saying I am right and he was wrong and that he is new to all of this, I do empathise with him because its happened to me but stoked on the other hand!
i was watching those, excellent pick ups, and great price. but cant believe the seller, to think he thought he could actually do that lol. oh well, all good now.
thats terrible form. i just experienced something similar last week
i asked a friend of mine to bid for a US shipping only item and we won it for 99c. the seller turns around and said - oh sorry when i placed your card in the protective sleeve to ship it, it fell to the ground and folded in half. i have heaps of cards let me know what you like and we can work something out
sure, there seems to be nothing sinister about this. until you know that fact that I had offered the seller $15 for the card if he ships to australia. normal post and i will bare the cost if the card gets lost. the seller did not budge and instead listed the card several times with no bidders - until i just asked my friend to bid. my friend and i agreed to ask the seller to send damaged card anyway let's see what happens
I know I may of dropped a card or two over the years, I'm yet to see one folded in half though... might have to have a crack with a few old doubles on the weekend...
it's pretty sad..... I know I may of dropped a card or two over the years, I'm yet to see one folded in half though... might have to have a crack with a few old doubles on the weekend...
Well he has learn't the most important lesson that despite the outcome your reputation is is precious and should be defended at all costs! A couple of other members could learn a lesson in humility from him!
Congrats on a good buy Liam and you are well justified in the result!
