I have just accepted ebay is what it is. At the end of the day, I (like most of you would) just leave bidding to the last minute and put one max bid I am willing to pay up to and if I dont get it so be it.
There has been more than one occaision when the seller comes back at me with a second chance offer thats when it is clear it was dodgy
