Ppl who havent got their boxes 3 in total are the ppl who paid with paypal and because of those payments paypal have blocked my account (Under investigation) so i can not use that money to pay for the boxes!!!
therefore for those members who didnt get boxes please claim your money back !!

a little bit of communication wouldn't go astray, i didn't know ur paypal account was blocked/Under investigation and the boxes weren't sent....nice of you to leave us hanging scratching our heads:-k
i understand u may have been working hard and unable to get to a computer most of the time but surely u don't work 24hrs a day, i work my ass off at 2 jobs plus have a busy personal life and i still have 5 mins a day to PM people back-even if it says 'sorry super busy right now, will reply asap,thanks'
none of this wouldn't of happened if u gave us a update what was happening

Communication is the key - if you are visiting the site and not keeping members updated, and promising that boxes are going to be delivered and they don't arrive then of course people are going to be concerned.

Time to watch Borat on dvd now......also to all the people that PM'd me saying they agree with what I said and maxx was in the wrong completely...you ARE allowed to voice your opinion on the forum you aren't gonna get banned for having a voice and dont worry about people not liking you it's not that big a deal. I agree with you 100% and I've been reading this thread from the start but it took a couple of days a some missed call for Max to reply.

I just couldnt believe he let people hanging/waiting for over 10 days and then let his temper blow like that. Like he has the right to be pissed off...

I think we want to have a trustworthy community. I know it is sometimes impossible but we can always make things right if we communicate. I also understand all those people who supported Max but there are also people that were not very happy, looking at Max's old ebay ID.

What I really want to say is we need to communicate. Reading through this thread, I don't think Max should have done/said those things and like cursing at everyone in this forum. Peace Man! :v: Get some rest...

guys, take it easy.

everyone got mad when they are wrongly accused..and everyone got pissed when they don't get what they paid for... i understand.. i am saying who's right or wrong, but please do not judge people coz we don't really know each other here anyway..

regarding, m4x77 account, it was suspended along time ago and i am not even sure Max is using again... remember? his grandma or grandpa passed away and he had to make an urgent trip, then, all his deals went upside down.... and he got alot of negative feedbacks and stuff.... and he explained that a few months ago.

regarding, pipp1985 account, it's not Max's account, it's his brother account who's been selling like Max.. and now i think he's the one selling, no longer Max.. I remember sending David Lee and Pippen cards to Max for his brother... that was like months ago..

FYI, my two boxes took me only 5 days to get my house..after i made an order.. and was happy with the boxes..

it's just miscommunication between members and i think we all can settle any issues calmly and nicely...

nobody needs to leave.... that's my thoughts..

Linn HOW WAS MAXX WRONGLY ACCUSED???? some people still dont have their boxes OR their money..........who cares if you were happy with your boxes? that has nothing to do with the poeple that are waiting for their boxes or a refund.

i hate to ask a stupid question but how do i make a paypal claim to get my money back? never had to do it b4 ever so any help would be greatly appreciated, does it really take that long to be refunded.....

If your made to make a claim rather than maxx just giving you your refund through a paypal transfer or bank deposit he should be banned from ozcards indefinately.

well, up to some point, he was... he didn't mean to take the money and run away...

it's a consensus of everyone, people rely on their past attributes, I have made several transactions with max and i am just saying it's all been good..

that's why i stated for both sides of the story.. i am not defending max, i am just explaining my experiences.. that's why I quoted

everyone got pissed when they don't get what they paid for...

it's too early to jump conclusions.. and i agree max is guilty for not keeping up his promises.

Should Kyle be banned because he didn't send me cards without toploaders?, but he carefully packed the cards and also messaged me how he sent, I thanked him and appreciated him for sending quickly and letting me know in advance.. when he run out of toploaders...and when he said things appropriately, there's nothing to get upset... especially the package was sent the day before when Mavsman and GoMoto posted.. like hill33 said, communication is the key...

All i am saying is, we all can sort any problems.... I may sound like a chump, But I am not here to make enemies or extra stress...there's nothing to be so aggressive...I may not be rich, but i am not going to stress over hobby and my leisure time..... we can buy a good box if we skip having dinner at one fancy restaurant..

I wonder when this mess will be cleaned up. And i hope so soon for the sake of the community because if we did a top 10 list for the worst things that have happened on ozcards history this would have to be up there with Bigboyd searched boxes, white envelopes, and postage rorting.

Normally, if Max has not received your money, you should be able to cancel your payment because it should still be pending or waiting to be cleared which should be showing in your paypal account. It should be saying its "pending or unclaimed". This is a paypal experience that Im sharing with you and all the other readers

Log into your paypal account and see if it has been cleared / completed already. If it has, then Max would have got it already. Max should be able to send your money back by bank deposit.

I think Max owed us an explanation for this. An apology for his outburst is good but I feel that his first words to his very first reply to this thread was really out of line...

Max is a valued member, dont quit mate .

To the members who have outstanding transactions with him - i think pm'ing will be more effective in solving the transactions - in saying that i can understand any frustration caused by this but remember Max went out of his way to offer a group purchase so work together to solve it.

On Max's part, i guess posting a quick message to state that you will be away would of headed off a thread like this.

Come on all lets act like 1 community and work together.

all you need to look at to believe his paypal issue is about 3 pages back in this thread wheere someone said that max recieved a neg feedback on a 43 cent card as the buyer wasnt able yo send him paypal for payment as it would go through.

is that enough???

so everyones paid. his accounts been frozen while they look into why so much money has been through there and noone can do anything

Sorry about your situation, i read this thread again, I think Claim it back means??, you can PM him your bank details and then he can send ur amount that you paid??????

I am not so sure.. because I think paypal claim will take a while and you are going to need to use in 16 days..

hope it all sorts out sooner than later..

My last Paypal claim took a week. Mind you it was only 4.99$us.

Just my 1c worth is that some are misinterpreting what is typed and then jumping down peoples throats.

Noone cares about this thread or is doubting his paypal problems, the problem is going awol for 10 days with peoples money/boxes without any contact AND being online visiting the site many times in that 10 days without making any replies to peoples concerns or PM's...........wether his paypal account is suspended is irrelevant.
