As the title says, does anyone know Japanese or have you ordered from r-B21 before? There's a single card I need, but am having serious problems placing an order!! Thanks.

I e-mailed them a week ago with no response. Has anyone bought from these guys before?

I've bought from their stores...in person though, not via email. The main shop has a reasonable English speaking guy or two there, but you may need to keep your email quite simple in order to get a response. You could perhaps try babelfish translator (I guess it would have English to Japanese), but it could be a bit of a raffle, as you wouldn't be able to work out how poorly it translated your message.

Be warned that their shipping fees are like US$20, so it had better be worth your money. I've had success with contacting them but you have to be patient as they reply very slowly.

i sent them an email about 3 months ago about a card that they had.

finally got an answer yesterday

still going to continue to get it but i thought they had sold it as a few days after i sent the email they changed the details on the card to say it was sold.

see what happens hey
