Is he reliable? Bought a couple items off him paid 2 weeks ago via bank deposit, and havent heard anything from him after 2 weeks.

thanks bud, I emailed him again today, will try and get contact details from ebay otherwise and ring him myself. Otherwise I will have to neg him, which i hate doing.
