Anyone ever had this happen to them?

I get a message in my messages today on eBay from a buyer asking me why listings they were bidding on have been cancelled, they recieved an email saying they were cancelled due to suspension of the seller.

I log into myebay, my account is fine, but 154 of my listings have disappeared. They aren't in sold or unsold, they have just disappeared completely as if they never existed. I can't see my account invoices because "some of your information is unavailable at this time", but I do see an close to $50 extra has been charged to my account, as if the listing fees on all the disappeared accounts has been charged again.

I have recieved no contact from eBay what so ever about why the listings have been cancelled, and the guy on live web help has been no help what so ever. I can't get a phone number or an email address out of them to contact to get this issue resolved.

EBay is an absolute joke in my opinion, I think if I even manage to get this issue resolved this will be my last use of their services, this **** up is going to cost me thousands of dollars.

Sounds a bit odd - especially that there is nothing from Ebay in your Ebay messages. Even more odd that all your listings have disappeared. Keep us updated with it.

Perhaps it's time I should look into an Auction program to run our own ...

This is absolutely absurb of eBay.. I bought cards from you and they are all marvellous... this is a big loss and I am very disappointed with eBay.

well, there are a few auctions softwares but they are not reliable and auction scripts are very complicated as it is time-based materials.. unless investment of high-end commercial ones.....

Yeah, I have had that happen to 20+ items. My email said something about copyright issues and the items being removed b ebay for violating copyright... eventhough the items I was selling were cards. Weird, huh?

Anyway, after several emails exchanged with ebay reps, they admitted a mistake, I was credited the insertion fees and... oh joy... I got to start listing them all over again.

This is a disgrace, bloody ebay.

Ebay, as many of you guys have already stated, only care about their bottom line, regardless of the stupidity of their decisions, as well as the damage their actions cause...

Believe me bargey, everyone will understand this is ebay's fault... i agree with Hill33, maybe we need to fight the system!

It's happened to me before, but not to th extent you're claiming! I used to get things dumped because they reckon my description was misleading! Posted them back up exactly the same and they stayed! I haven't used ebay for months they suck and are now getting way too greedy.

Since EBay is now also incorporated in Australia, it has an office here. Their number is 02 82806400. They have their office in Sydney. Give them a call in the morning.

Just to let everyone know, that phone number is a complete waste of time, you can't actually speak to a real person. I think eBay is run by robots.

Had this type of thing happen before, I had a heap of single card listings and they cancelled about 4 of my most expensive ones for a paragraph that was in every single listing. Pricks I tell ya! Hurt my sales completely.

So are they still all missing in action? (listings that is) If you can still access your account, it isn't suspended. Normally some of your listings may disappear if the maintenance is being done on Friday arvos, but they should be back within a few hours or minutes.

Still missing, no contact from ebay, anyone bidding on the auctions apparently got the "seller account suspended" email, but my account is fine.

LOL i think of the ANZ add when you say that.. But that really sucks that would of took alot of time and effort to put all those up and money too and to have them dissapear is a joke. eBay is a joke!!
hope you get it all resolved and make profit on your cards.
