These patches look identical except one is on a slightly different angle. This seller arteepower has been rumoured to doctor his patches.

I think the first one is a fake because the colours look off.

So in a set, where's there's only 25 made, they'd have two crazy matches exactly the same? I think Artee powers is a fake.
