With a lot of the companies, its up to them how hard they want to push it to make them stop. These cards being made by someone at home and selling them for a few dollars, they may get a cease and desist letter but in most cases they will let them slide.

If they were making some decent coin out of them, then id say you would see them shut down fairly quickly.

I would have no doubt the AFL would take it a lot more seriously than the NRL.
