Hey any thoughts on what is going on here.. 2 ebay listings.

First listing ended 5th July on ebay.com.au, description says its #'d 58/99.

Second listing is still going on ebay.com and description says #'d 43/99.

The listing titles are exactly the same and the photo is the same, if you look carefully you can see the sunlight and other details in the corners of the pictures.
Is this just laziness by someone who decided to sell the same card?

The actual card was sold here first, but relisted (probably due a non paying bidder):

It just appears to be laziness by the AU seller and they decided to use it as a 'stock' photo. The first listing would explain how they got access to the image.
I've seen a lot of people do this with Nintendo collectables and other video game merchandise I collect too. It's pretty poor form as a seller.
