Another unhappy Panini customer

Fair enough the redemptions were terrible as far as equal value.

BUT, if you are buying or trading for redemptions, you are taking the risk that you will not get that exact card!! There are dozens of reasons why a particular card may not get made. Also, the chosen time frames (4 or 8 months) have NO BEARING on how long it will take to get the actual card you are waiting for. They are simply the designated time you will have to wait before you are eligible to ask for a replacement.

It would have taken less than 5 minutes to write an email to the CSM at Panini and get a resolve on the issue. But 14 minutes of dribble plus upload time to get this videa made??? Too much time on your hands??

I have had nothing but EXCELLENT service from Panini with my redemptions because I use the best possible avenues to contact them. Previously by FaceBook, now by email, and always responded to within a few days and always resolved fairly!
 
I did get a laugh outta a tweet response I got from Punani the other week.

Asked them how the Superscribe redemptions were going, in particular Devin Harris' one. They told me that the Kobe's were shipping out, and when I told them I didnt care about the Kobe's, I wanted the Harris one, they "lol"d me... ha ha.
 
No offense to this guy, he did get the hard deal here, but it's 2012. Forget the phone, hit up facebook or twitter. Get a fast and effective response.
