Another paypal total stuff up

Received an email from Payfail this morning telling me that they had deleted my credit card from file because it had expired

Well to start with payfail when a card expires in October, it is still valid till the end of that month.

And another thing, it does not expire until 2012, when I last looked it was 2011 still.

It looks like they are not even bothering to give the monkeys that work there even basic training these days

No it was not spam, because when I logged into my paypal (and there was no link for me to login) the credit cards had been deleted and I had to add them back on.

If it makes you feel better they did the same thing to me a couple months ago. Only difference was my expiry date was in 2014!!!! Morons.
