Another ebay looser

Purchaced a slr camera from ebayer baby2006nt ...ebay didnt have his bank details so i contacted him straight away asking for this....
3 days later he finally gets back to me stating i was going to post 2 days ago but your payment hasnt cleared...what the !!
Well to cut a long story short he marked item as payment received on the 21st june....Ive sent 3 emails now with no reply...and he has just received 2 more negatives...
Mongrel dog...he can expect another 1 even if it does turn up now..

So you've paid for it already Stevo? I think eBay does have some cover for that, but depends on how much you had to fork out for the SLR. Lets hope it arrives for you

I am so sorry. I haven't been able to post any items as I have been sick with my pregnancy and ended up in hospital.
I am home now - as of yesterday and will post your camera first thing tomorrow so you will have it for your holiday.
My husband has tried to use ebay to get the address details for people howver he isn't very computer literate.
Sorry again, and thanks for your understanding in not leaving negative feedback until you get your item (then it will be positive I hope!)

personally, i give people the benefit of the doubt, stuff like pregnancy does happen you know.

on the other hand i only pay through paypal now so i can get the money back if they do try and screw me.

Maybe im a big softy ...what if shes telling the truth....theres no way to know for sure...ill see how it goes..ive still got a week so if it turns up before we go and its all good (condition,working)....then ill decide then..

Give it a few days anyway, then you can file a complaint after that. If it was me, file a complaint early next week sometime, maybe Tuesday, Wednesday, if it doesn't arrive.

I can beat that Stevo. A mate of mine in the US sold a Jordan RC before the guy paid he died. My mate got an email from some family member!

Never heard of that before and he didn't know if it was legit but didn't want to offend anyone if it was.
