My wife and I attended the Rugby World Cup FINAL last night... I have never been more nervous...!



The anthems were stirring and emotional for a few people


The French marched on the Haka...




We lost Cruden and were down to our fourth-choice first five... who has a reputation of being a bit of a disaster... but he snuck the penalty inside the right hand post...


Then the French scored a soft try and we were only leading by one!


The rest of the game was tense and there were a lot of worried people around...

But the final whistle blew and the All Blacks became World Champions again!!


And my mate won over $300 on Woody scoring the first try... legend...



Go the All Blacks!!

I suppose the Kiwi's had to win something - lol. I think the entire world would have been shocked if the American Screaming eagles won a game - or moved out of the group round!

Have to agree with you on this....im sure he had his money on them prior to the Aus vs NZ game too!

Would have been a great night in NZ. Im glad some good is coming the countries way after a horror year so far!

Thank god its over, no more Haka every 5 seconds. Was a pretty ugly game in my opinion with horrible goal kicking. How Richie McCaw didn't get penalized about 100 times is beyond me.

Congrats to NZ for a long overdue win.
