I guess today until wednesday is only 6days. It would have taken you a few days to raise an eyebrow (monday). Then you would have messaged him and waited for a reply which is Wednesday anyway. You cant really cancel it and relist and get the money any faster now. But check his feedback and feel confident he isn't just waisting your time.
Yeah, common courtesy would be to clear that up first. Personally I would kinda frown upon it but as the others have said, if his feedback is spot it should be kosher. On a side rant, I won 9x Kemp inserts (1 by 1 ) on the 15th and paid instantly via Paypal... they were marked as posted on the 22nd!! WTF I paid there and then yet a 7 day delay to post!! They even state they send within 3 days...Bah!! Still haven't got them and that's just from NSW to Perth. In any event whilst all I really care about is that they arrive in good order, I am a bit pi$$ed about the delay. Will make use of the star system on the purchases from this seller
Once they pay, the day before you ship the actual item, ship em a dog turd in the same sized box!! Bwahahahahahahahahahaha
Would be too funny if you really did that!! Obviously without a return address!!
No payment = no shipment, 7 days is on the cutting edge for me but on the bright side at least he did mention it rather than just sitting on it and doing nothing....
I've done that, paid late, everyone makes mistakes. I only did it a month ago, Pay Pal took 8 days to transfer the money. The seller was fantastic and I will be leaving feedback that says so.
the problem is that if you have a go at any body that asks a question after the auction ends they will just give neg feedback and there is nothing you can do about it, so if a buyer says can i pay in 2 weeks even though you have "Payment to be made with 2-3 days" you have to accept it or risk the chance of neg feedback
I always pay immediately - always have, always will. It is my "never spend beyond my means" theory
In the long run I think it is beneficial, particularly when you are dealing with bigger sellers/businesses....they tend to look after people who pay ASAP (well a few have in my case anyway).

OH Matty, spend within my means ????
LOL, I can't do that.
I'm always transferring money, it just takes so long. And when it finally gets there, it's been spent.
I have $100.00 going across right now, $56 for Brett and I have $40 in ebay bids going. I better transfer another $100.

If they don't ask first if I was selling something then take 7 days to pay I would wait 7 days before I send it. I can understand people's pay cycle etc but that is too long. Annoys me when people take 6 or 7 days to pay then ask you one day later where is my item lol
If I connect a debit card, the funds leave my account instantly but the funds are still unavailable to the seller for 7 days, Pay Pal just dont care. I try to keep $100 in my pay pal.
