ADVICE ON BEST WAY TO SEND OVERSEAS

Hi guys recently had an offer on ebay for one of my cards , ive always just sold within australia but thought id give it a go around the world , just wondering what is the best way to send overseas(belgium) so that it arrives safe and sound , im thinking some sort of sign on delivery method but im not sure
any help would be great

Tracking doesn't work outside of the country. I think there maybe international tracking, but if there is it'd be way expensive - probably more than the card itself - depending on the card.

Registered is o.k but limited tracking and you can't insure the item above $100.
Express is the best way to fully insure and you have online tracking all the way with signature but it will cost you.

Website is a good indication but best to speak to someone at the Post office too.
