heading over the adelaide on the weekend to watch the mighty hawks!

are there any card shops in adelaide to go to?

Sports Card World. If you go to Rundle Mall its in the Citi Centre Arcade. You'll know because it has a McDonalds in the entrance to the arcade. If your looking for a certain player or anything then ASK as they dont have much NBA on display.
