And now, before I indroduce this final card, I have to say a HUGE Thank you to Cal (Hobbibox) for finding this beauty for me. It was posted in a thread on another site and he lead me to it. Thank you mate, you're a gem!
This card eluded me nearly 2 years ago as I simply did not have the funds as a uni student to make a serious run at it. I thought it was gone forever, and regretted that, until Cal found it for me again the other week. I contacted the member whom owned it and explained my Korver status and asked it it was in fact available. He had it in his PC, but said he liked helping player collectors and so would deal it to me for what he paid that 2 years ago. We worked a deal, including my Larry Bird Exquisite...which is now on it's way back to me cause Aussie post/Austria Post someone managed to completely destroy a brand new Toploader and bend an Exquisite card all within a bubble mailer sent by International registered! But I made up the cash difference and now I present 1 of the 2 best Korver cards out there, up there only with the Korver 1/1 Exquisite Rookie that I will likely never see.
A True 1/1.
Not Jersey #d.
Not a 1/1 stamped Parallel.
Not a Plate.
But from a set that is Hand Numbered 1/1 and a unique 1/1 set!
