A Thread for Questions

Too often, have I had a little question, but have found no where appropriate to ask. Opening a new thread for a question seems a little of a waste of time, so I'd like to throw up the suggestion that each forum has a small 'Question' Thread, where people can ask small questions and other forum members can reply a quick reply.
