No I didn't miss your comment, which is why I quoted your other post; though if you already knew it then why would you say this, which is why I said what I did above..

Unless a billion asians vote him into the starting 5, and I still dont see him getting enough votes to get past Rose and Wade in the East

So I'm saying, just because there will be far more deserving guards, don't discount the stupidity of the people who voted Yao into the starting lineup doing the same thing for Lin.

Blake's prices went pretty mental last year but nothing compared to Lin's. I can't remember anything like it but i wasn't around in the Vinsanity days. What were Vince Carters prices like? Did they jump as much?

Well can't really compare it to VC"s days as much as the internet/ebay weren't as big and didn't hold as much impact as they do today; but, Vince's two main RC's being his SPx Finite and SP Authentic RC's were booking at around $800 - $1000+ if I recall correctly and that was MASSIVE back in the day. My mate had the Spx one at the time and luckily traded it off before it hit the floor

Considering the fact that the Knicks were going to waive him approximately 3 weeks ago, I think its safe to presume that he was not on any guaranteed money, which would mean his contract would run up to the end of this season.
