A lost and found mailday - Glove style

As most of you know i've had a crazy past week in the mailday department. First off a card arrived in bad condition then my 2nd lot of mail i had been waiting on went MIA.
It said on the Auspost website it was delivered to me and i had just about given up hope of them arriving when i got a knock on the door earlier today.

Now lets get on with the goodies

I'll start off with my 1 and only Payton auto so far

i see what you guys have been on about regarding the green tint on the refractors.....when put nxt to a normal coloured one

Love that Shoe card ! Usually the shoe patches are just plain. Very nice.

We might have to name this thread amazing grace "once was lost now am found" and im sure at first some of those cards would have blinded you for a second "was blind but now i see"

I guess my point is awesome cards and good to see some one having luck with auspost for a change

Sick Credentials and Game Jersey, love the Auto and Shoe patch looks much better in your photo than the scan or whatever you used in the Lost thread!

Pretty significant difference hey? You can see why i'd be pissed by not being told about it.

Nice haul mate, looks like patience is indeed a virtue - but the one auto would frustrate me no end (I just don't get inserts and refractors much - lol)

Question for you - how does that 'greening' happen?

Hey Steve, i sold alot of stuff from my collection to just focus on 90's stuff (a few MJ auto's and Zo & Payton inserts)

You have serious issues Skip, how could you not see the awesomeness of 90's inserts?
Supposedly the "greening" occurs from heat and light exposure and have heard that some of the old penny sleeves can cause issues from the acids in the plastic.

I was around to understand the 90s inserts craze and general hysteria at the time, it was the golden age of card collecting afterall. But at the end of the day if it came down to a PMGs or MJ auto I know where I'd be putting my money!

Geez, damned if you and damned if you don't with penny sleeves - not sure if my old stuff is acid free PVC or not....anyway of checking?

I had gotten out of the hobby before the late 90's so missed out on all these amazing looking cards. Im making up for lost time plus i already have a few nice MJ auto's

Don't know how you'd check the old sleeves but the newer ones i've bought say they are acid free on the pack (Ultra pro ones)
