Hey all, i wish i could be ending the holiday sentence with USA, but i will have to settle for sunny (?) Melbourne.
Heading down to Mexico for a few days mid next month and was wondering if there was anything i should know in regards to buying NBA boxes and just places for general tomfoolery.
thanks for the replies guys, but i was actually referring to going to Melbourne (south of the border, thus i said Mexico). sorry for the confusion. this also proves why i shouldnt start threads whilst intoxicated haha. my bad

Still check out the mamasitas, just make sure you are wearing your Kevlar!
I was just in Melbourne 2 weeks ago. Stayed in Docklands which was pretty good as it is close to the crown complex and you can walk into the main shopping mall.
If you have never been to Draculas restaurant it is worth a look!
Check out Richmond Rd Collingswood for some cool outlet stores like Nike, Adidas and Converse. Crown is a must when in Melbourne and the Queen Vic Markets.
Eureka Skydeck is cool and is 88 floors high.
Draculas is awesome too if you like your themed restaurants.

Smith Street and Nike is now gone. Best bet if you are looking for shopping is either chapel street or DFO South Wharf (Walk from the city) - http://www.dfo.com.au/southwharf/
