A couple i couldn't hold out on showing

Hey guys its been a long time between drinks for me in the mailday department thanks to that hairy angry bloke taking all my money a few weeks back

Anyway the DJ and MJ collecting was starting to get a little monotonous of late so started to pick up some nice looking cards of players i loved watching and reading about back in the days.


First off though a D.J 1/1

Now 2 players i've wanted an auto of for a while.


First off this guy was my first ever PC player and my favourite player (other then MJ) back in the early 90's. I had one of his auto's i pulled from a pack a couple of years back but the card did nothing for me so sold it and have been biding my time to find something nice to add to the PC again.

Anyway enough dribble from me on this one

I've been loving the design of these 97-98 Skybox Autographics and have decided to try and collect the Century Marks #/100 versions of all my favourite players from the 90's so that means i also have to get all the regular auto versions to go with them because im a bit O.C.D like that

Hope you enjoyed them and keep an eye out for some more additions from my favourite 90's player chase in the coming months :v:

Cheers Steveo, yeah the D.J's have dried up almost completely lately. Tried to get the Bowman logoman and the seller wouldn't respond so got a US friend to buy it again and now he's not getting any response from the seller so im putting that one down as a loss unless someone else buys it and i get a chance to buy off them.

You're not wrong Matty, i like how they have the embossed Skybox stamp on them. Back when an auto was something a little special they made an effort to do something a bit different.

Cant complain with a PC 1/1 and sweet Zo. That Pippen is sexy. Must say i think i would rather a nice Pippen auto rather than an MJ, Pippen autos r alot rarer than the MJ's and stand out when ever u see 1. Stunning mate.

Possibly the truest, purest and most traditional basketball card auto set ever! Can't argue with big on card texta and embossed stamping..........although that bloody blue / black or faded texta argument will probably start happening again though! lol Autographics ftw! Look forward to seeing the set chase develop. Btw, collecting MJ autos can't be good for your OCD or your bank balance! lol
